Government Faulted On New HIV Infections

HIV activists have attacked government over its failure to invest extensively in efforts aimed at stopping new disease infections.
These say government has failed to provide a free environment that is free from stigma, discrimination and encouraging people living with HIV to live responsibly with dignity.
