Kasese Clashes: More Charges for Omumbere, Remanded Until 28th December

The Rwenzururu King Charles Wesley Mumbere is to spend his charismas holiday behind bars after he was charged with 12 counts including aggravated murder, robbery and terrorism.
Appearing before Jinja’s chief magistrate John Francis Kaggwa, mumbere was tranfered to Luzira prison until the 28th of December.

Outside court, police battled opposition strongman Dr. Kiiza Besigye who, together with his supporters tried to force their way inside court.
