Lukwago: Kamya Overstepping her Mandate

Lord mayor Elias Lukwago has threatened to initiate administrative sanctions against the Minister for Kampala BetiKamya , accusing her of overstepping her mandate.
He also faulted Kamya for frustrating the authority by failing to name the KCCA’s public Accounts Committee.
