Consider Irrigation As an Emergency, Government Urged

Stakeholders in the agriculture sector are calling upon government to consider irrigation as an emergency response to save the sector from being consumed by drought. Uganda Agribusiness Alliance Chairperson Victoria Sekitoleko is urging government to acquire more irrigation equipment and give farmers guidance on how to operate them.
