FDC Celebrates 12th Years of Existence, Rubaramira on Why it is Worth

Now as the FDC celebrates its 12th Anniversary, former party electoral Commission Chairman Major Rubaramira Ruranga has applauded the party for hugely contributing towards the growth of Democracy in Uganda.
