Public Service Bail Application Flops

The Court of appeal has postponed hearing of a bail application by three convicted and jailed former officials of the ministry of the public service including the permanent Secretary Jimmy Lwamafa, Principal Accountant Christopher Obey and commissioner compensation department Steven Kiwanuka Kunsa to Monday next week.
The adjournment was due to the absence of the deputy chief justice Steven Kavuma who was supposed to hear the application but was reported sick.
