EALA Elections Hang in Balance

The clock is ticking and yet uncertain looms over the planned EALA elections set for next week hang after a civil society lawyer Andrew karamagi runs to court seeking an injunction to block the election process from going- on. The city lawyer argues that the process lacks clear guidelines as elaborated in article 50 of the EAC treaty.
