Ghosts Claimants Back in Ministry of Defense

It has now emerged that the then Gulu division commanders faked documents of lost animals during the LRA war and claimed compensation amounting to the tune of over 2.9 billion shillings. The money in question was paid to Christopher Kinyera who was by then Gulu division commander.
In a heated meeting between ministry of defense officials led by the permanent secretary Rosette Byangooma, the aggrieved members tasked defense officials to table authentic documents of animals that were lost during Kony’ insurgency in northern Uganda.
