Kyegegwa Reaping Big in Youth Fund Program

Youth unemployment remains a headache to regional governments with no real lasting solution tackling it. However, the Youth Livelihood program under the auspices of Ministry of gender and labour in areas like Kyegegwa District seems to be paying off.
Kyegegwa district benefitted from the phase II of the program receiving in the two financial years of 2014/15 and 2015/16 a total amount of 374m – financing 42 different youth interest groups’ projects.
