Mayuge Locals Give Ultimatum to UNRA

Residents in Mayuge district, and UNRA officials clashed over unpaid compensation. The locals, protest the delay to remit their compensation after their property was washed away over construction of Musita-Lumino Road . The locals say they are tired of unfulfilled pledges. They have now given a 14 days ultimatum, or else vandalise roads, and culverts in the area .The threats were revealed during a stakeholders meeting in Mayuge between residents, and UNRA officials
