SGS: At Least 100 Cars Verified Daily

Ugandans have responded positively to the Safe Drive Uganda campaign which aims at improving road safety by ensuring road worthiness of vehicles.
According to SGS Uganda Limited, the company contracted to carry out the vehicle assessment, at least 100 vehicles are inspected daily at Kawanda- one of four terminals to be constructed around Kampala. The mandatory exercise started three years months ago.
