Experts Question Uganda's Intelligence

Many times when an assassination happens in the country, security experts from all government security organs converge at the scene to gather evidence that will lead to the arrest of killers. But despite the Police effort, these assassins have not been arrested, living Ugandans with a lot of unanswered questions. Now analysts are questioning the credibility of Uganda’s intelligence system to curb crime. Bushra Namirimu with the details.
