Hon. Mohammad Nsereko Leads Nakasero Market Demo Against Chinese and Indians

Vendors from Nakasero market have this morning demonstrated against petty Chinese and Indian investors who are into retail trade. The traders say that Chinese an Indians are doing petty business in the market at the cost of the local traders. The protest was led by area MP Mohamed Nsereko who insists that government must streamline the way foreigners do business the country or risk sinking the economy into turmoil. Nsereko and a few other vendors were arrested before being released later.
