Oil and Gas Sector Lacks Logistical Capacity

Logistical deficit has been highlighted as a major hiccup that Uganda’s oil sector needs to urgently address if the country is to fully benefit from natural resource come 2020.The call was today made by Uganda chamber of mines during the launch of the 3rd annual oil and gas convention at Kampala.
The 3 day convention brings together all stakeholders involved the logistical chain in the oil sector .
