Police Court Charges Six over Indiscipline

The police disciplinary court has today charged six of its officers with offenses ranging from indiscipline to excessive use of force and breach of confidence. Among the officers charged was Steven Mugarura the former OCCID kabarole, who petitioned the president over the criminal gangs within the force. Mugarura was charged with six counts.
