Health Insurance Bill in Offing

After ten years of waiting, parliament is now set to debate the health Insurance Bill that had stalled after the finance Ministry failed to secure for it a certificate of financial implication.
The legislation is aimed at addressing the health financing challenges that have left the poor ail as the rich are flown to other Countries for better health care.
