Lawyer, Uganda Prisons Clash over Access to Suspects

The Uganda prisons and Uganda Police are on the spotlight again. This time, the forces are being blamed for blocking access to suspects by lawyers and family members. Criminal lawyer, Caleb Alaka accuses Police and Prison authorities of frustrating the rights of inmates to be visited by their close relatives, lawyers and doctors.
