Lord Councilor Mohammad Segirinya Storms Parliament Over Arrest of Ugandans in United Arab Emirates
It was a cat and mouse chase at Parliament as parliament security raced against time to arrest Lord Counselor Mohammad segirinya. The counsel was at the August house attempting to present a petition to the speaker of parliament Rebbecca Alitwala Kadaga protesting the continued arrest of Ugandans in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Following a visit to United Arab Emirates Segirinya that over 200 Ugandans languished in UAE prisons.
The dramatic chase lasted a few minutes before the counselor outwitted the Parliament’s security which has two Police Patrol vehicles escaping on a waiting Boda Boda.
