Oil Curse Is Coming, Obiang Warns Museveni

Visiting president of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea Teodoro Obiang Nguema has advised president Museveni to be tuff on foreign oil companies as the country works to beat the 2020 target for oil refinery.
Usng his experience in the oil sector, Obiang says foreign oil companies are fond of giving false research work and offer wrong advice in oil trade that in return leads the country into economic mess that others refer to as oil curse.
This, as the two heads of state attended the joint oil and gas convention in Kampala.
