Security experts say the recent police reshuffle is proof president Museveni’ is cracking the whip on the Uganda police force following the assassination of AIGP Felix Kawesi.
However, they criticize the reshuffle as targeting errant officers and rewarding loyal officers.
The reshuffle saw some officers transferred while others pending deployment.
