Sheikh Kamoga & 13 Others Have Case to Answer

The international crimes division of the high court has ruled that Sheikh Yonous Kamoga and fourteen others charged with masterminding the murders of various Muslim clerics have a case to answer.
With testimonies from 36prosecution witnesses, a panel of three judges found that prosecution had established a pre ma facie case against each of the fourteen. Court set 25th April 2017 for the group to commence their defense.
