Museveni Attacks Ministry of Health Officials for Delay of Project

President Yoweri Museveni has attacked ministry of health officials for delaying the construction of a specialized hospital that will save the country billions of shillings annually upon completion.
The President made the attack during the commissioning of construction works for a sh900 billion specialized international hospital that will treat non communicable diseases.
