Apaa Land Clashes: Prime Minister Rugunda to Return to Amuru Tomorrow

The Prime Minister, Dr Ruhakana Rugunda says he will return to Amuru district on Wednesday to re-analyse the situation on ground, before government can address the matter. Rugunda says he could not finalize his mission there on Monday because he had other business to handle back in Kampala that were equally urgent.
