A sigh of relief for poultry and fish farmers who now have a new protein alternative after Makerere University’s School of science and Technology introduced Insects that can be reared by farmers as feeds
The project which is run in partnership with Uganda National Bureau of Standards will help address the cost implications of using the current feeds that have become too expensive for the farmers
