Besigye Dares Police to Arrest Him
DR. Kiiza Besigye have vowed to only continue reporting to High Court for his bail extension, repeating his vow not to return to Nakawa court for the proceeding of his treason case.
This comes after magistrate Ssebajja Noor at Nakawa Court extended the case proceedings to September 1st 2017.
