Ataro Lwera Arrested for Issuing Over 1000 Titles in the Wetlands

The land inquiry commission sitting in Kampala this morning ordered the arrest of a senior registrar of lands in the ministry of lands and urban development over lying to the commission. Ataro Lwera Bogere who was today appearing before Justice Catherine Bamugemereire seven member commissions for the second time is accused of making false and contradictory statements in regard to her role in the issuance of six land titles on a wetland in wakiso district.
