Dr. Diane Atwine Blocks World Bank Loan

The ministry of health Permanent secretary Dr. Diane Atwine has directed the cancellation of a World Bank loan request after unearthing a syndicate in the ministry that would see most of the money lost.
Dr.Atwine made the revelation while giving a key note address at ‘The Uganda We Want’ summit , a think tank group of professionals across the country.
