KCCA Power Struggles Rages On

Noisy Urban Council Councilors this morning forced the calling off of a KCCA council meeting after they refused to maintain order.
The Council meeting had been called by the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago to debate the controversial KCCA amendments Bill 2015 but lower level councilors believed their interests were not being catered for by the KCCA councilors.
