Minister Kamya in the Eye of the Storm Over Tuk Tuks

The tri cycle commonly referred to as a Tuk Tuk is at the center of the storm brewing within the city hall. The Mayor Kampala Central Division Charles Serunjogi is accusing the Kampala Minister who is highly opposed to the operation of the Tuk Tuks for taking decisions without consultation with other stakeholders.
