Who Started the Age Limit Debate?

Legislators are divided over President Yoweri Museveni’s distancing himself of the age limit debate. Museveni told the media at State House Entebbe yesterday that lifting of the age limit debate was diversionary. Whereas some legislators NBS spoke to believe the debate should cease, others maintained it is a tactic by the NRM chairperson also president to divert public attention from the contentious issue.
