ULGA Members Boo Minister Otafiire

The minister for justice and constitutional affairs Major General Kahinda Otafiire this morning tasted the wrath of angry local government leaders after he was forced off a podium during a summit organized at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole. In the ensuing chaos, water was poured on the minister, soaking his suit. The leaders under their umbrella Uganda local Government Association (ULGA) had hoped to be addressed by President Yoweri Museveni but were surprised when Otafiire claimed to be representing the President.
