Constitutional Amendment, We Need a New One – Rwakafuzi

A section of lawyers and activists say Uganda should not just amend the constitution, but rather develop a completely new supreme law of the land.
Led by constitutional and human rights lawyer, Ladislaus Rwakafuzi, the group believes the current constitution has too many weaknesses that can easily be exploited by politicians.
