Youth Missing Out on Riches in Elite Sports – Bakkabulindi

Sports is a rich avenue to empower stakeholders but Ugandan young sportsman is yet to reap the resource. State minister of sports Charles Bakkabulindi  has attacked schools for denying   kids platform to tap  the sports cake. The minister says government will closely watch institutions  that do  not  heed to the  wise counsel.
