CAA Indebted by Government, COSASE Summons Muhakanizi

The committee of commissions, statutory Authorities and state enterprises (COSASE) have summoned the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance, Keith Muhakanizi over 150 billion shilling debt incurred by government institutions operating on the premises of civil aviation authority.
The civil aviation authority delegation led by Dr. David Mpango Kakuba disclosed that the ministry of finance last cleared the bills in 2014.
