Kitara-Gelengelerd to be Constructed, Local Engineers to Benefit

Uganda national roads authority is set to utilize its own engineers as means of cutting on cost in the sector. The roads authority spends over 2 billion USD on constructing per kilometer whenever roads are quoted by foreign firms. UNRA says with over 35 construction and maintenance units delivered to it from the ministry of works and transports , the authority engineers will help in reducing the cost of construction.
