Gen. Saleh's Aide Cited in Land Fraud

Gen.Salim Saleh’saide,Haji-swaibu Mukasa yiga has been arrested and detained at Wandegeya police station by the Justice Catherine Bamugemereire inquest into land matters over accusations of grabbing of over 1000 hectares in Kapeka, Nakaseke district.
Mukasa allegedly disguised as a land surveyor prior to defrauding several villages including Balatira, Mizimbo,Nkozi and kyetume in Kapeka.
