Kamya Backs KCCA Enforcement Officers, Accuses the Public of Ignorance

Kampala minister, Beti Olive Kamya has vowed support for the Kampala Capital City Authority law enforcement officers, saying the widespread condemnation is because the public do not understand the work of these officers.
Kamya says that even in the recent incident where a vendor drowned in Nakivubo Channel while fleeing arrest; it was the vendor at fault.
