Kanyamunyu Sent Back to Luzira, Judge Says Case Facts Still Same

Matthew Kanyamunyu charged with the murder of former social worker Kenneth Akena has been denied bail, the third time in a row after High Court judge Yasin Nyanzi ruled that it was not permissive to lodge his applications before the same judge especially when circumstances of the case were still the same as when he had earlier been denied.
