"Kifeesi" Criminals on the Run

Suspected criminals are on the run as police embarks on tracing the wrong elements that have been snatching people’s phones on streets, mostly in the areas of Katwe, a Kampala suburb. The criminals cord named Kifeesi had earlier on promised end their operations upon meeting Police. But since they claimed working with Police, the force has also stepped the hunt for members of the gang.
