NIRA Agents Threaten to Strike

Agents of the National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) have threatened to lay down their tools citing nonpayment of wages in the ongoing registration of pupils.
This is one of the concerns raised by the agents during an assessment of work tour conducted by Parliament’s Defense and Internal Affairs Committee of Parliament in various schools around Kampala.
