President Museveni Closes Scouts Camp, Cautions Youth against HIV/AIDS

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has the ministry of education to take over the Uganda scouts movement from the ministry of gender for appropriate supervision. The president gave the directive while closing a one-weekscout’s camp attended by 5000scout’s children across the country.
