Amuru Land Controversy, People's Land Surveyed Without Will

The contested Amuru land survey has been stopped pending communications from the Lands ministry as locals admit they were tricked.
The land owners say those who surveyed their land did not leave them with documents to ascertain ownership nor inform them about when and how they would get their compensation. In other places within Kololo village, land was surveyed without the consent of the land owners.
