Man Accuses Flying Squad of Torturing Him

There are growing concerns and allegations of torture involving the police. The latest case is of a 38 year old man who accuses the Police flying squad of torturing him outside the Police cells. The man we will call Benjamin claims that after being tortured, the police attempted to have him held at several police stations where he was rejected on account of his condition as a result of torture. Isabella Tugume reports.
