Mubende Land Probe: RDC Arrested Over Creating Villages without Men

The Mubende resident district commissioner Florence Beyunga has been detained by the land inquiry commission, over creating villages without men. The men have since fled the villages due to persistent persecution by Beyunga, who is accused of attempting to create vacant possession of a 13 square mile piece of land to a Chinese investor.
