Players in real estate are being advised to investing more in research to establish what the target end user wants. A number of buildings in Kampala remain unoccupied especially after the second floor, living over five floors of certain buildings with no tenants. This follows a latest report by research firm Cytonn, a global real estates Investment Company, which is advising real estate investors to research before making investment decisions.
