4 Medics Arrested by Minister Opendi for Asking for Bribes from Her

Four medical officers at Naguru referral hospital in Kampala have been arrested over soliciting money from patients at the facility where services and drugs should be free. The two were arrested after they extorted over UGX 100,000 from the State Minister for Primary Health Care Sarah Opendi, who was undercover, as a condition for the treatment of Hepatitis B.
