Legal minds and political pundits have lashed at NRM legislators over the trending renewed age limit debate that has hit headlines across media in the country. Constitutional lawyer Asuman Basalirwa and Makerere university Don Prof. Sabiti Makara say proposals for constitutional amendment on age limit should be achieved through national consultations or a referendum involving all stakeholders other than being dominated by legislators .
