Disagreements in the Oil Sector

Civil Society Organisation asking government not to open up protected areas to oil companies. The group says issuing more licenses to oil companies to operate in protected areas, endangers natural heritage, living millions of lives at risk. Their concern comes after government issued exploration licence for Kanywantaba block in Ntoroko, Hoima district.
