Police Should Protect Migrants, Kayihura Speaking at EAPCO Meeting

The Inspector General of Police General Kale Kayihura has highlighted the current threats faced by Africans especially those moving from the continent to look for Jobs abroad, he says the police that is mandated to protect people and their property its incumbent upon them to secure the African people. He points out thousands of Migrants who drown in the Mediterranean Sea struggling to enter Europe to look for a better life and those who are taken to the Middle East and end up in the hands of wrong people.
