Uganda’s Tax regime ought to be changed if government is to increase on the number of tax payers and widen the tax base. According to a latest report on taxation, by auditing firm PKF, the small and medium enterprise will be key but unfortunately they are still trading informally. Nabakooza Lydia reports.
